Golf Etiquette

Course-Enforced Golf Etiquette “Play Nice, Swing Right—Let’s Keep It Classy on the Course!”

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, please observe the following etiquette while on the course:

1.     Group Size: No more than 4 players per group.

2.     Wait to Tee Off: Do not tee off while players are still on the green.

3.     Maintain Silence: Stay quiet and still when others are hitting. Music is welcome, but keep the volume low enough not to distract other players.

4.     Respect Personal Space: Be mindful of your positioning and shadows. Don’t walk through another player’s putting line.

5.     Call “FORE!”: If your shot may endanger others, shout “fore” immediately.

6.     Keep Up the Pace: Be ready when it’s your turn. Slower groups allow faster ones to play through.

7.     Care for the Course: Repair divots and ball marks. Use designated bins for trash and recycling.

8.     Cart Courtesy: Stay on paths in wet conditions. Never drive on greens. Keep carts at least 30 feet away from greens.

9.     No Glass Bottles: For safety and course preservation, glass is not permitted.

10.  Closing Time: The course closes at dusk.

11.   Cart Limit: Only 2 people per cart.

12.  No Mulligans in Busy Play: Refrain from multiple tee-offs, especially when groups are behind you.

13.   Dress Code: No boots or sandals. Golf shoes preferred; tennis shoes allowed. Neat attire with a collared shirt is preferred.

14.   Approved Riders Only: Only players or approved guests may be on the course. Course tours require prior approval.

15.  Quiet Time: Course and campground quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

16.  Lightning Safety: If lightning is detected, an air horn will sound. Stop play immediately and seek shelter. Do not resume play until conditions are declared safe

Thanks for playing with courtesy—and style. Enjoy your round!
